    To begin with, I want to say that all of the groups that presented did an outstanding job. My expectations were mostly exceeded by my classmates. Some of them were really well-prepared and self-assured, while others were a little more apprehensive but still delivered their material well. A couple notable presentations that had excellent visuals and were highly engaging stood out. Of course, there were also a few presentations that might have needed a little more polish, but we all have room to grow and learn in this course, which will help us become great professionals and prepare us for our future careers. It was a good effort from everyone, and I liked the presentations from each group. 

Group 2 presentation truly impressed everybody who was presented. They were well prepared, and their substance followed a precise outline. Their speech was assured and captivating, keeping the audience interested the entire time. They successfully used images and multimedia, which improved the clarity of their message. The group members got along well and performed well as a unit, smoothly alternating between various sections of the presentation. They did an outstanding job of responding to audience questions if their were any, demonstrating their depth of understanding of the subject.

 Overall, Group 2 did an awesome job on this presentation! They were well-prepared and delivered their content with confidence. Their presentation had a clear structure and they effectively communicated their ideas. The group members had great teamwork and supported each other throughout. They used visuals and examples to make their points more engaging. It was impressive and left a positive impact on me.They definitely showcased their hard work and dedication. Group 2 undoubtedly raised the standard for the remainder of the class.

 The second Group of projects was finally done. Like the first one there were three groups with a different theme each. Group 1's theme was self care, Group  2's was about having a healthy diet and Group 3's, my group was about paying it forward.  SPC 1017 8:00am class Group 1: This group had assigned Selfcare. I think that in contrast with last presentation, group two had the ability to have more time to prepare and organize their ideas and delegating responsibilities. They were able by being a smaller group compared to group three to give a way better presentation that the last one, improving their confidence and public speaking skills while working on the past red flags that they had as a group. Regardless of the normal public speaking anxiety I think they were able to manage themselves and express the importance of self care. For example they divide the term of self care in other smaller subtopics related as for example the importance of mental health awareness, and how we have to fight against the stigma to promote more mental health self care. Thoughts on paying forward     Paying it forward is such a simple thing that anyone can do. With just a smile on your face and a small interaction, you can make someone’s day. You can help someone with a task, either with a com pliment or a physical deed like helping them carry something heavy or even giving a homeless person food. These are all ways you can help someone and encourage them to continue paying it forward.
