Thoughts on paying forward Paying it forward is such a simple thing that anyone can do. With just a smile on your face and a small interaction, you can make someone’s day. You can help someone with a task, either with a com pliment or a physical deed like helping them carry something heavy or even giving a homeless person food. These are all ways you can help someone and encourage them to continue paying it forward. Slowly but surely, paying it forward can make a huge difference in society and towards the world.
